Tami Molitor has worked in the field of Health and Wellness as a Recreation and Leisure professional for the past 20 years. She has learned much from her SPORTS nut, college football player, now health nut extremely fit, baby boomer  husband Ken in much of that time.  Together with their school-age children, the Molitor’s believe that Sports and Leisure are vital to Wellness, Happiness and Life satisfaction.

Leisure by definition is a positive state of being. When you are in leisure, you are participating in a freely chosen activity that brings you happiness during your discretionary time. The activity will vary dependent on the person. For some it may be running a marathon, to others, gardening, it could be restoring a vintage car to one and to attending a NFL live game to another. Fine dining for you and a walk in the woods to me. Celebrating your small business with your employees at a BBQ, to a boat cruise on a lake complete with awards and custom jackets for all to another. A community fun run to a large corporate product kick-off event. Leisure…it comes in all shapes and sizes.
